2 . Designing→Design based on new mold confirmation, and confirm with the customer
3 . purchasing and processing→purchase accirding to material sheet, process and assemble according to 2D/3D drawings, dimensional test of all parts to ensure a correct match with the drawing
4 . Authentication→trial production according to designed machine model and mold flow analysis,organize 3rd-party review, provide with the customers satisfied products/molds at earliest time.
5 . based on the above 4 steps, set up a project team and assign a project manager and a project director to follow up the case.
