Mould processing

 

 

Step 1 Quotation Needed 3D drawings or sample
Step 2 Mould design Send mould design for confirmation after get mould fund
Step 3 Mould making start to make mould after desing confirmation
Step 4 Test Run After mould finished , we will test it and make sample
Step 5 Sample confirmation Send free sample to clients for confirmation
Step 6 Mould modification

If the sample is not good , then will modify mould with no fee

then send the sample again , untill sample is ok .
Step 7 Mould delivery delivery mould out if no need mass production, packed by wooden box
Step 8 Mass production service start to mass production after get the 50%prepaid production fund
